Returning an Item

Is the item not quite what you expected?
No worries, returns are no problem. You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, at your own expense. You can also return your order for free at our office in Heerhugowaard. On this page, you’ll find all the information you need about our return policy, the steps to follow, and the applicable conditions.

To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:

• The return must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in original and unworn condition. Products with makeup stains or unusual odors will not be accepted.
• Tags and labels must still be attached to the items.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, along with the completed return form. Lost the form? Please include a note with your name and order number. Returns without identifiable information cannot be processed.
• Items from the SALE section discounted more than 30% are not eligible for return.

How long does it take to process my return?
Your return will be processed within 14 days of arrival.

I haven’t received my refund after 14 days — what should I do?
Please check your bank statement under the name "Shopify". That’s the platform we use for refunds. Still nothing? Contact our customer service team, we’re happy to help!

I received a free item with my order. Do I have to return it?
If your return causes the total order amount to fall below the minimum threshold for the free item, you must return the free item as well. If not returned, we reserve the right to charge you for it.

Can I drop off my return in person?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to return your order free of charge in Heerhugowaard or Ursem. Please contact our customer service to schedule an appointment.
